Onboarding Specialist

For our brokerage business, we are seeking to recruit a Onboarding Specialist.

You will help us with:

• Communication with clients
• Client’s support within the process of an account opening, providing, assistance in filling in the forms
• Verification of Client’s business reputation
• Collection of the documents and information required for the Client identification and verification
• Applying the risk categorization (preliminary)
• Creation of Client electronic and hard-copy files
• Keeping up-to-date Client’s information in the Register of clients

You will be a good fit if you have:

• University degree in Finance or any other related field
• Background in client service/onboarding (AML); industry knowledge is a great plus
• Client-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good command of the English and Russian languages
• Experience in a similar role is a big advantage
